We accept credit or debit card, check, money order and cash. We are open Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Wednesdays from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
How long do I have to pay?
21 days from the issue date. The issue date is the date written on the ticket; it is not the date that you saw the ticket.
What else can I do?
You can challenge (contest) a ticket within 21 days of the issue date. Do not pay if you want to challenge.
What happens if I don't pay my ticket?
Failure to pay or challenge a ticket can lead to more fines. Your car may also get booted or towed. You will not be able to re-register your car until all tickets and fees are paid.
I owe a lot. Are there payment plans for parking tickets?
Yes. It costs $120 to set up a payment plan. You will also need to pay 50% of the amount owed on your ticket(s) and any other fees to start. The remaining 50% is paid monthly. Visit the Parking Citation Assistance Center to get started.
