We provide comprehensive services to ensure compliance with all federal and state equal employment laws and City policy that prohibits harassment, discrimination and retaliation based on a person’s legally protected status in the workplace. Our office administers a discrimination/harassment complaint process for employees and applicants for employment. Our services in part, include investigations, compliance, counseling, coaching and training.
